Pipeline Chlorinator

How to use the Rice Hydro, Inc. Pipeline Chlorinator Component in the PCH-11/550

The PCH-11/550 is an all-in-one unit that tests line pressure, as well as chlorinates and dechlorinates water.  This video explores the proper use of the Pipeline Chlorinator Component, and how to chlorinate a test environment in accordance with AWWA 600-17, 651-14 and 655-18 regulations. The demonstration includes: closing valves,  connecting to a test environment, adding chlorine safely, injection pump priming , adjusting flow and PPM chlorination rates, shut down and more.

How to Use the Hydrostatic Test Pump Component in the PCH-11/550

The PCH-11/550 is an all-in-one unit tests line pressure, chlorinates and dechlorinates. This video explores the proper use of the Hydrostatic Test Pump Component. Demonstrations include: checking engine, pump and gear reduction oil levels, fuel tank levels, and lubrication levels, valve adjustments,  connecting  water source, connecting inlet and outlet hoses, adjusting pressure setting, attaching pump to test environment, unit start up and more.

How to use the Dechlorinator Component in the PCH-11/550

The PCH-11/550 is an all-in-one unit tests line pressure, chlorinates and dechlorinates. This video explores the proper use of the Dechlorinator Component. The process allows for the safe discharge of water into the environment that has been dechlorinated to proper PPM levels. The video demonstrates: connecting water source to the unit, adding Sodium Thiosulfate solution to achieve correct PPM, turning on the inverter and more.

Care and Maintenance of the PCH-11/550  with Chlorinator and Dechlorinator

Rice Hydro, Inc. Care and Maintenance of the PCH-11/550. This video demonstrates how to prepare the PCH-11/550 unit for short-term and long-term storage after usage. Instructions include: proper methods of draining and flushing the tank, adding anti-freeze, changing engine oil, pump body, and battery maintenance.
